Benjamin Floyd’s educational background was in Slavic studies until going in a different direction after school. After 20 years of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering experience at multiple organizations like T. Rowe Price, Wal-mart, and Caesar’s, Ben is now the President of Kinectify Advisors.

Ben Floyd is a compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in compliance and risk management, overseeing companies’ compliance programs and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations governing their business activities.
Ben was most recently the Senior Vice President, AML and OFAC Officer of Caesars Entertainment Corp based in Las Vegas, NV and prior to this held the Senior Director, International Compliance, Global AML Leader position at Walmart. While at Walmart, Ben served on FinCEN's Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group for 3 years, representing the Money Services Business industry. Prior to Walmart, Ben started his compliance and anti-financial crimes career with several roles at T.Rowe Price.
Ben currently holds the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Chapter of ACAMS – the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering professionals – the largest global membership organization dedicated to fighting financial crime and enhancing the knowledge and expertise of anti-money laundering professionals. Ben earned a Bachelor's degree from Vassar College, graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors, and earned a Master's degree from Harvard University.
